The extensive use of floor heating ensures first-class living conditions in your house. Most of the heat comes from the night-time preferential tariff-based electric energy. The heat is accumulated in the concrete and released during the daytime. The release of heat depends, above all, on the floor coating material. The ceiling heating adds greatly to keeping the room temperature constant. In this case, thermostats keep the desired temperature with 0,5°C accuracy.
The combined ceiling and floor heating is a perfect solution for a new house. Although a first-class facility for everyday use, it is not expensive. It costs less to build a high-quality electric heating system than a central heating system. Electric heating is also easy to manage. No water circulation is required and so there is no chance of damage from water leakage and no risks like mould caused by humidity.
The ceiling surface temperature is kept at 30°C to 40°C only. This is a prerequisite for healthy conditions in the room. The amount of dust in the air is also reduced.
